Refund Policy

This policy applies to sourcing fees paid to UsedCarAgentJapan through our checkout, which is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. as merchant of record. It does not cover third-party charges such as the vehicle purchase price, freight, insurance, duties, or taxes, which are billed at cost and are refunded, if at all, by the applicable supplier or carrier.

You may request a full refund of the sourcing fee within 14 days of payment, provided we have not yet started substantive work on your brief (auction bidding, inspection booking, or third-party payments on your behalf). Once substantive work has begun, the fee becomes non-refundable because it compensates time already spent.

If we are unable to source a vehicle that meets the criteria agreed in writing within the timeline agreed with you, and no equivalent alternative is accepted, we will refund the sourcing fee in full.

• You win an auction and then decide not to proceed with purchase.
• You change destination country, target vehicle, or budget after bidding has started.
• Losses caused by inaccurate information you provided (wrong port, wrong consignee, etc.).
• Delays caused by carriers, customs, or destination-country authorities.

Email Saqib.prof@gmail.com with the order reference from your Paddle receipt and a short explanation. We aim to respond within two business days.

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds usually appear within 5–10 business days. Currency conversion differences on refunds are set by your card issuer and are outside our control.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most issues can be resolved directly and faster. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to termination of service.
