Three markets.Three ways I get you the right car.
Each market has its own inventory, its own paperwork culture, and its own risks. Here's how I work in each one.

Japan
Japan is the backbone of what I do. I work across the major auction groups — USS, TAA, JU, HAA — and with a network of independent exporters for vehicles that never hit the block. The auction sheet system is what makes this market special: a standardised, third-party inspection graded S / 6 / 5 / 4.5 / 4 / 3.5 / 3 / R with detailed diagram-based damage codes. I read them for a living.
- Access to every major Japanese auction house
- Sheet grades verified before every bid
- Direct relationships with independent exporters
- RoRo & container shipping from Yokohama, Nagoya, Kobe

China
China has become the source for competitively-priced electric vehicles, commercial trucks and industrial machinery. I don't buy from open marketplaces — I work with a shortlist of vetted export agents in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen who I've personally screened and worked with repeatedly. Every unit is documented and inspection-photographed before shipping.
- Vetted export agents only — no open-marketplace risk
- Full inspection photos before shipment
- Strong on EVs, pickups, buses and machinery
- CIF pricing broken out line-by-line

Thailand
Thailand is one of the world's great pickup markets — Hilux, Ranger, D-Max, Triton — mostly right-hand drive, well-maintained, and priced sharply. I source through Bangkok-based exporters I've worked with for years. Inspection includes chassis stamping, service records and undercarriage photos before purchase.
- Specialists in Hilux, Ranger, D-Max, Triton
- Right-hand-drive supply for Caribbean and East Africa
- Chassis and service-record checked before purchase
- Export from Laem Chabang port
